It will cost you just $1 to see who that tipster likes for the event, and we even refund the $1 if the tip wasn’t profitable.

Tipsters can submit Single bet tips and Cover bet tips for now, with multis to follow soon after.

Single bet tips are, as the name suggests, a single runner in a single race e.g AMELIA’S JEWEL to win.
If you wanted to tip AMELIA’S JEWEL each way, you’d use a Cover bet.

If you wanted to tip AMELIA’S JEWEL to win but also MR BRIGHTSIDE to place in the same race, you’d also use a Cover bet.

You currently cannot tip exotics such as Trifectas.

TIPR the app is free to download, and free to set up an account and share tips as a Tipster.

You can submit as many tips as you’d like but given your strike rate (S/R) and return on investment (ROI) are used when promoting Tipsters on the marketplace, it is a case of quality over quantity.

In saying that, we allow Tipsters to specify which of their tips are BEST BETS, which is also a filter that Punters can use when looking for a tip for an upcoming event.
So, as long as you’re declaring your BEST BETS wisely, feel free to submit as many tips as you want.

There is no such thing as a professional tipster. You can’t get a degree in tipping. There is no certification that says anyone is a professional tipster. All you need to have done to call yourself a professional tipster is to have made money from providing your tips.

Whether you use software, spit out random numbers, or spend hours a day watching replays and studying form, the moment you supply a tip in exchange for payment is the moment you become professional.

Are some tipsters better than others? Absolutely. But everyone has good days and bad days. Even trainers and jockeys seem to have purple patches. It’s the same with tipsters and punters alike.

TIPR is designed to promote the Tipsters who are performing well and demote those who aren’t, and this is all done in real-time. We’re focused on the right now and not last year’s stats.

If you have a bad month on TIPR it doesn’t matter. When you have that one great day, your earning potential is uncapped.

You can cash out at the end of each calendar month into your nominated bank account.

You will receive 25c commission from each Flip, providing it’s a profitable one. i.e. if 1,000 people Flip your tip and it’s profitable, you’ll receive $250 commission from the 1,000 Flips.

Establish yourself as an expert, build a following, if those 1,000 people Flip all your 10 tips for the day, 6 are profitable, you’ve landed yourself $1,500 – Not bad for a platform that’s free to use!

Your earning potential as a Tipster is uncapped. You will receive 25% commission from each Flip of your profitable tips. For the record, we don’t keep 75%; Apple and Google take 30%.

Here’s two examples of what a Tipster can earn on TIPR.

Tipster A has 500 loyal followers who flip their tips every day. 3 of those tips each day (or 21 a week) are profitable. The Tipster would be generating $2,625 in weekly revenue.

Tipster B is a hot and cold tipster but has a jaw-dropping Saturday at Flemington, tipping the card. His historical stats were average, so people didn’t flip his R1 tip, but it won and paid $10. He’s now at the top of the recommended Tipster list for Flemington R2. 100 people flip that and it’s profitable again. R3, 200 flips. R4, 500 flips. R5, R6, R7, R8, R9 all get 1000 flips each. He’s on absolute fire. TIPR has been recommending him since R2. Word gets around and 10,000 Punters flip has R10 tip. It wins. He’s not only the talk of Town TIPR, but his tips were flipped 15,800 times throughout the day, and he generated $3,950 in revenue; in a single day.

When you create your account, you do need to provide real and accurate details, but those are kept private. We only display your @handle.

You can choose any available handle that you want for your TIPR account, as long as it’s not against our policy.

Some Tipsters who provide tips elsewhere choose to tip under a pseudonym on our platform.
