1. Who these terms apply to
1.1 These terms are between TIPR Pty Ltd (ABN 53 640 946 167) ("TIPR", "we", "us") and:
- (a) anyone who builds, operates or offers an AI app, assistant or other software that connects to TIPR's AI connector at tipr.bet/mcp (a "Connector Client" or "you"); and
- (b) any TIPR tipster who connects an AI app to their TIPR account (a "Connecting Tipster").
1.2 If you use the connector on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.
1.3 These terms apply alongside the TIPR Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. For Connecting Tipsters, if these terms and the TIPR Terms of Use conflict on the connector, these terms apply.
1.4 You accept these terms by registering a client, starting a connection or using the connector.
2. What the connector does, and doesn't do
2.1 TIPR does not supply race form, form comments, ratings or prices to any AI app. Your AI app does its own research, using only sources it's allowed to use.
2.2 The connector only turns tip details into a DRAFT tip slip on the Connecting Tipster's TIPR account. It can also check a draft against TIPR's tipping rules and read limited TIPR information (see Schedule 1).
2.3 AI apps can't publish. A draft becomes a tip only when the Connecting Tipster reviews it and publishes it themselves on tipr.bet.
2.4 TIPR does not place bets. The connector doesn't place, queue or confirm bets. It doesn't Flip, buy Flips or move money.
2.5 TIPR doesn't check or approve tips prepared by AI apps. The Connecting Tipster is responsible for what they submit.
3. Licence
3.1 Subject to these terms, TIPR grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to connect to the connector solely to let an authorised Connecting Tipster create, check and review their own draft tip slips, and read the information in Schedule 1 for that purpose.
3.2 You may not sublicense, resell or white-label the connector. You may not present your app as TIPR or as operated by TIPR.
3.3 Every right not expressly granted is reserved by TIPR.
4. What you must not do
You must not, and must not let anyone else:
- (a) scrape, crawl, bulk-download or harvest TIPR data (tips, selections, results, tipster records, rankings, meetings or races) through the connector or tipr.bet;
- (b) store, republish, redistribute or sell TIPR data, tips, results, the TIPR Tip Slip schema or TIPR's server instructions, except as needed to show the Connecting Tipster their own session;
- (c) use TIPR data to build or improve a competing tips, tipster-ranking or results service, or to train AI models;
- (d) reverse engineer the connector, except to the extent the law allows for interoperability;
- (e) bypass, test or overload authentication, scopes, rate limits or access controls, or connect for someone who isn't an eligible tipster;
- (f) get around TIPR's visibility rules, including the Flip paywall on other tipsters' selections;
- (g) say or imply that your app is "TIPR-certified", "TIPR-compatible", endorsed by, partnered with or approved by TIPR, or use TIPR's names or logos, without our written consent. A plain factual statement that your app "can connect to TIPR" is allowed. Don't use TIPR logos or suggest TIPR endorses your app;
- (h) send form guides, runner form tables, form comments, ratings, speed maps or prices copied from any publisher or bookmaker into TIPR, or paste or closely paraphrase someone else's published form analysis or tips into a draft's analysis;
- (i) send bookmaker names, offers, odds or links, or wording that urges anyone to bet (including "bet now", "get on" or "lock it in"), in anything sent to TIPR. Don't use the words punter, stake or welcome Flips in anything sent to TIPR;
- (j) send dollar amounts or bookmaker amounts. Tips use TIPR's $10 unit and share percentages only;
- (k) ignore or strip TIPR's server instructions or the responsible gambling line TIPR returns;
- (l) use the connector unlawfully, or in a way that harms TIPR, its members or tipsters;
- (m) describe tip results as "win" or "won". Use "profitable" or "not profitable" only.
5. Intellectual property and data
5.1 TIPR (or its licensors) owns all rights in tipr.bet, the connector, its code, tools, tool descriptions, server instructions, the TIPR Tip Slip schema, documentation, TIPR's tips and results history, tipster records and rankings, and the names TIPR and FLIP and related logos.
5.2 Australian law doesn't give a separate "database right". Your access to TIPR data is governed by these terms, and you agree to use it only as clause 3 allows.
5.3 Tipster content. A Connecting Tipster keeps ownership of their tip and analysis. They grant TIPR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt for format, and distribute it on TIPR's platforms as the TIPR Terms of Use describe.
5.4 Tipster warranty. A Connecting Tipster's tip and analysis must be their own or something they're allowed to share. They must not copy race form, form comments, ratings or prices from other sources into their analysis. They're responsible for what they submit, including anything prepared with an AI app.
5.5 We may remove any analysis or tip that we reasonably believe breaches clause 4(h) or someone else's rights. Rights holders can contact support@tipr.bet.
6. Access, suspension, revocation and audit
6.1 We may limit, suspend or revoke a connection, a client or the whole connector immediately if we reasonably believe there's been a breach, a security or legal risk, or misuse. Where reasonable, we'll tell the Connecting Tipster why.
6.2 Connecting Tipsters can disconnect any app at any time in Account > Connected AI apps. A connection ends automatically 30 days after the Connecting Tipster chooses Allow, or sooner after a password change, "sign out everywhere" or account suspension. The Connecting Tipster can then connect again.
6.3 We keep an audit log of connector activity for up to 12 months: app, tool, target, time and outcome. We don't keep the analysis text in that log. We may use it to investigate misuse and enforce these terms.
6.4 If we ask, you'll reasonably cooperate with an investigation into suspected misuse, including telling us how TIPR data was used and deleting it.
6.5 We may change rate limits, tools and scopes to protect the service.
7. No warranty, liability and indemnity
7.1 The connector is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that draft checks will catch every problem.
7.2 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that can't be excluded. Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it's limited to supplying the service again or paying for it to be supplied again.
7.3 Subject to 7.2, TIPR isn't liable to a Connector Client for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits. TIPR's total liability to a Connector Client under these terms is limited to A$100.
7.4 TIPR isn't responsible for your AI app, its provider, its outputs, or the sources it uses for research.
7.5 Connector Clients indemnify TIPR against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of clause 4, your app's handling of data, or any claim that content your app sends to TIPR infringes someone's rights (including form or price data your app obtained). This indemnity is reduced to the extent TIPR caused the loss. (It doesn't apply to Connecting Tipsters acting as consumers.)
8. Privacy
8.1 TIPR handles personal information under its Privacy Policy at https://tipr.bet/privacy-policy/ (including the section "AI apps you connect"), including the APP 5 notice at connection.
8.2 When a Connecting Tipster connects an AI app, TIPR sends that app the information its tools return (Schedule 1). That can include the tipster's display name, their own drafts, their own TIPR record (such as tip counts, strike rate, ROI and rating tier) and their own published tips. The app and its provider may be outside Australia (for example in the United States) and handle that information under their own terms. TIPR doesn't send race form or prices.
8.3 Connector Clients must handle any personal information from TIPR lawfully, securely, only for the Connecting Tipster's session, and in line with their privacy policy.
9. Responsible gambling and 18+
9.1 Only verified TIPR tipsters aged 18 or over may connect. Connector Clients must not offer the connector to anyone under 18.
9.2 Don't use the connector to promote gambling, offer inducements or urge anyone to bet.
9.3 TIPR returns a responsible gambling line with each answer, chosen from the Connecting Tipster's verified account country. Connector Clients must show that line unchanged. The lines are set out below.

Connector Clients must not replace these lines with a search, a "near me" link, or any other helpline.
10. Changes, termination and general terms
10.1 We may change these terms. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of changes that reduce your rights, by email to Connecting Tipsters and on the connector page, unless the change is needed sooner for legal, security or safety reasons. Continuing to use the connector after a change takes effect means you accept it.
10.2 Either party may stop using or end the connector at any time. Clauses 4(b)–(c), 5, 6.3–6.4, 7 and 10 survive termination. On termination, delete TIPR data you hold, other than what the Connecting Tipster keeps in their own session history.
10.3 These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of NSW and the Commonwealth have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
10.4 If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest continues. A failure to enforce isn't a waiver.
10.5 You may not assign these terms without our consent.
